This is a small business — it's just me, Jenny — so keeping your details safe is straightforward and I take it seriously.

What I collect. Your name, email and anything you write when you send an enquiry, join a course waitlist or grab the aftercare guide. If you book a treatment, your booking details are taken by Acuity Scheduling; if you buy a course, payment is handled by Stripe. I never see your card number.

What I use it for. Replying to you, confirming appointments, sending the thing you asked for, and letting you know when a course you waitlisted opens. If you tick the box for tips and offers, the occasional email — unsubscribe any time and that's the end of it.

What I don't do. Sell your details, share them with anyone beyond the services above, or contact you about things you didn't ask for.

Where it lives. Form submissions are stored securely by Netlify (this site's host). Booking data sits in Acuity, payments in Stripe — each under their own privacy policies.

Your choices. Want to see what I hold, change it, or have it deleted? Email facecoutureldn@gmail.com or message 07478 952006 and it's done, usually same day.
